Singapur (11 Junio 2015)
Singapore MPA informed that:
"We are pleased to inform that the Company, Altitude Ship Management Pte Ltd (ASM) had assumed the responsibilities and obligations of the shipowner as set out under the Maritime Labour Convention of MV Titan Glory and MV Titan Vision. All outstanding crew wages and repatriation of all crew onboard these two ships have been settled in May 2015. This was after numerous rounds of discussions MPA held with the Company after its charterer, 7 Seas Management Pte Ltd which was the direct employer of the crew with whom they had signed the seafarer employment agreements with, failed to repatriate and settle the crew wages. As we understand, 7 Seas Management Pte Ltd is in deep financial trouble and has since closed its company's office in Singapore. They are now uncontactable."
