Comments and Observations:ITF (21 June 2021)
The last court date 21st April 2021 but due to the pandemic lockdown the court date was postponed.

ITF (11 August 2021)
10 crew members remain on board and have not received any wages.
The lockdown in Sri Lanka has caused the courts to close and therefore court decisions are delayed.
The next court date is scheduled for 19th August as the Marshal of High Court and Harbor Master requested the courts for an early date.

ITF (30 November 2021)
Vessel remains arrested. The next court day is 3rd December 2021. 10 crew are on board and medical assistance is being provided. The repatriation for another 2 crew is scheduled for the first week of December.

ITF (22 July 2022)
Next court date is 25th July 2022. There remains serious concern over the mental and physical state of the crew. The ITF local affiliated union are providing provisions and water and are in discussion with the Marshall of high court. We remain hopeful that the court will allow the vessel to be auctioned.
