Comments and Observations:ITF (18 March 2021)
New seafarers signed on 04/01/2021. On the 18/02/2021, the Captain reported to the ITF about the situation that they were experiencing on board since they joined the ship: Lack of supply & spare parts required for the minimum maintenance and safety in the Engine room, deck and bridge. Diesel generators and other equipment cannot work.

Since 15/12/2020, we have requested the flag state to send us information about the MLC security provider as the crew could not find anything. We never received any information and since we were contacted by the replacement crew, we have again contacted the Flag State, PSC and the company who has informed us that they are experiencing economic problems.
