Seafarers had joined the vessel in Jan 2020 and they have not been paid wages since they had joined the ship.

Crew have been repatriated home in April 2021. Crew have been assured by their company that remaining wages for one month will be paid soon but company didn't give any timeline

On Jan 24, 2021, an email was sent to the operators to notify them of the complaint filed with the Department of Maritime Labour Affairs in which there was no response., the Sgeumar department was asked about the financial guarantee and they informed us that it does not have a financial guarantee and that neither the operators respond to the emails, the ship was restricted in a documentary manner.
An email was sent on May 17, 2021, to the company BALTIC MARINE SERVICES LLC, who are the operators of the ship to update un on the situation of the state of abandonment of the ship, we are waiting for the response of said mail.
We have had communication with the shipowners who have provided proof of the payments of one of the seafarers who filed the complaint, the evidence says that he was paid until February and the complainant with whom we also contacted alleges that he is still being they owe 3 months.

Based on email from Flag State marked to seafarers and based on our last communication with seafarers on 6th December 2021, the seafarers have agreed that they doesn't have outstanding wages claim. Case is resolved.
