Seafarers have mentioned that they are still waiting to hear on repatriation and that owner has offered settlement of wages once vessel shall be sold as scrap.

Crew's documents - CDC, COC, Passport are released by DG Shipping, there is an agreement signed between owner and crew on unpaid wages. However, the crew are still waiting for their dues and have not been repatriated.

Based on last communication with seafarer on 9th December 2021, all crew have returned home and they have received partial wages. Based on crew's agreement with company, they will be paid remaining wages once after vessel will be scrapped.

Based on updates received from a seafarer on 23rd March 2022, he had a communication with owner's representative who informed that a notice has been received from environmental department that the vessel will be scrapped after 6 month and after that the remaining salary will be given to seafarers.

Based on my communication with seafarer dated 27th July 2022, pending wages issue still remains same. Vessel has still not been scrapped.
