All crew require repatriation
Payment status:14 February 2019: Other
It is not possible to calculate exact amounts owed. On the SEA of some of the crew members the monthly salary shown is ‘as negotiated’ or ‘as agreed’ while others are not known or verified. The amounts due to the 8 crew for which wage rates can be found is USD14,644.
Comments and Observations:ITF (14 February 2019)
It appears that either the ownership of the vessel is being changed or the vessel would be bare boat chartered. Crew employed by both the new and previous owners are on board. There is some dispute between owner/charterer/cargo owner. The vessel is currently outside Malta territorial waters.
