Circumstances:The Mumbai based offshore company has not paid wages to the crew since atleast 6-7 months now. One of the Indian Master who had signed off from ship in July 2018, has also not been paid by company for his services for 2+ months.
The said matter has been brought to the notice of DG Shipping India amongst others.

We contacted the Indian crew and they have not received wages yet. It is learnt that the vessel has been sold off and the matter is in court where hearings are going on.

Vessel has been sold out and money is with court. Court hearings are ongoing. None of the crew have been paid wages till date.

Non-governmental Organization (31 March 2023)
Seafarers (which include 2 ABs, 1 second officer and 1 second engineer) they had filed case on court and they have been paid their pending wages with interest by Mumbai High Court. Remaining seafarers are still awaiting payment of pending
