Vessel detained by PSC in Las Palmas due to MLC 2006 and Technical issues. The vessel holds insurance for MLC A2.5.2, with the Swedish club, but the Piraeus office disputes the interpretation of the MLC.

Contacted P&I club who refused assistance, dealing with Shipping Agent, Ship-owner. Industrial Actions taken by the crew. Request of assistance to PSC in Las Palmas

No repatriations offered, crew refuses to leave until they have their salaries.

Comments and Observations:Govt. of Spain (8 May 2017)
The Govt. of Spain asked the below comments to be added.

“Spain has not received any notification or has no grounds to consider that the ship has been abandoned in accordance with the information available as of the end of April 2017”
