is not providing parts and equipment for the maintenance
and crew have not received their salaries for more than 3
months.

The P&I club have paid all their wages and repatriated the crew.

Vessel flag is currently unknown. Previous flag was Luxembourg. Contacted the owner. Crew are awaiting repatriation.
Continuous negotiations with the owner. Crew are very
cooperative, and they are ready to take strike action.

Italia (4 Mayo 2022)
(a) The ship was subject to detention order in the port of Cagliari on January 9, 2021;

(b) The Flag Administration (Luxembourg) cancelled the flag from its Registers on March 7, 2022;

(c) On April 11, 2022 ITF UK sent an email to the Company issuing the "insurance certificates", according to the MLC,2006, declaring the vessel "abandoned";

(d) On May 2, 2022 ITF notified the conclusion of the case, the crew having been repatriated and the arrears of salaries paid by the insurance company.

The vessel is therefore currently in the port of Cagliari, without flag, under detention and without crew on board.
