Comentarios y observaciones: | Organisación Marítima Internacional (2 Enero 2008) The following information was received from Spain, via the IMO: "Last Friday, December 7th, 2007, at 0700, the Philippine crew, consisting of 13 people, landed directly to a bus that took them to the airport, to fly to the Philippines. According to the ITF, the owner was the one who paid the bills and payroll including arrears as early as November".
The ITF has agreed that the case is resolved.
