Ship gone back to outer anchorage after the first investigation.
Port State Control report that drugs have been found on board. The mobile phones of the crew have been confiscated.

Permanent secretary of the inter-ministerial committee for state action at seaport authorities, maritime affairs authority and the Indian embassy.
Maritime general Director met together with the Indian Consul.
Prosecutor met by the Indian embassy.

All crew are awaiting repatriation.
According to the prosecutor, they can’t disembark because the procedure is in progress.
Payment status:Payment Pending
Total amount to be confirmed 74,400 USD.

Comments and Observations:ITF (4 May 2021)
The situation of the crew on board is deteriorating. There is no electricity and a lack of fuel, food and water.
A large amount of garbage on board.
Increasing insecurity with the ship in the dark at night.
There is an increasingly high risk of disease and the 2nd officer came back on ship after a week of medical treatment in hospital.
There has been little reaction from both the local authorities and the Indian embassy to the suffering of the crew.
