Circumstances:Inadequate provisions, lack of fresh water, diesel and fuel oil resulting in almost constant blackout. 11 - 16 months' unpaid wages. Master and 2 other crew members deported to Bangladesh by Indonesians immigration, and the remaining crews are threatened with deportation. The vessel owning company still fails to respond and the vessel is apparently anchored in the middle of a shipping cahnnel in an area where there is a risk of pirate attacks. P&I is owed money and has withdrawn cover. History of unpaid wages dating back to last August, previous crew members repatriated some with outstanding wage claims.

Contacts made with Bangladesh Department of Shipping and Bangladesh Embassy/Consulate of Bangladesh in Jakarta and Tokoy.
Another Contact being processed to the higher-level gov't offical through ILO field office in Bangladesh.

14 crew members of 22 were repatriated in early Jan. 2013 with outstanding wages.

The case is closed but the seafarers have not received all outstanding wages.
