Chapter 2 provides for supervisory authority for data protection, Chapter 3 for principles of personal data processing, and Chapter 4 for rights of the data subject. Chapters 5 and 6 regulate protection and registration of personal data filing systems. Chapter 7 deals with transfer of personal data to third countries, and Chapter 8 with sanctions.
