Such permit shall not be issued for employment of a child of less than 1 year of age, or if the applicant has committed certain types of crime. Provides for qualification, revocation and application for such permit, and regulates modalities of acts of mediation.

    Made under the Employment of Youth Law 1953. Regulates duties of employer applying for a permit to employ a youth. Establishes that an employer who applies for such permit shall notify the youth for whose employment the permit is requested, prior to the submission of the application, of his right to express his position as to the granting of the permit, and shall provide him with the appropriate form for statement of position.

Establishes that chief Work Supervisor may permit employment of a youth for a job, in places, and with restrictions laid down in the permit, if it is essential for the professional training of the youth. Revokes Youth Employment Regulations (Prohibited Jobs and Restricted Jobs), 5714/1954.

Part 6 regulates matters such as implementation and penalties. Repeals the Employment of Children and Young Persons Ordinance, 1945.
