    An Act to make provision for certain matters consequent on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from membership of the European Union, and—

    A. in the event of that withdrawal occurring without an agreement between the United Kingdom and the European Union under Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union setting out the arrangements for such withdrawal, to make exceptional provision, in the public interest and having regard to the Common Travel Area between the State and the United Kingdom, to reduce the possibility of a serious disturbance in the economy of the State and in the sound functioning of a number of markets, sectors and fields in the State as a result of withdrawal and to mitigate, where practicable, the effects of such a disturbance should it occur in those circumstances, and

    B. in the event of that withdrawal occurring in circumstances where there is an agreement (setting out the arrangements for such withdrawal) between the United Kingdom and the European Union under Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union, to adapt references in enactments to a Member State of the European Union so that those references include or continue to include, in so far as is necessary to give effect to the terms of such agreement, references to the United Kingdom,

    and, for those purposes, to amend certain enactments;

    And to amend the Immigration Act 1999 , the Immigration Act 2003 and the Immigration Act 2004 to make further provision in relation to the entry into, and removal from, the State of persons;

    And to provide for related matters.

    An Act to impose certain prohibitions and restrictions with respect to the investment by the National Treasury Management Agency of assets of the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund in fossil fuel undertakings and, in particular, to require that Agency to endeavour to ensure that such assets are not directly invested in such an undertaking (and, where it becomes aware that an undertaking in which such assets have been so invested by it is, or has become, a fossil fuel undertaking, to divest the assets of that fund from such investment); to make provision for a restriction on such investment when the investment is of an indirect nature (as defined hereafter); to provide for a certain exception to the prohibition on investment of assets of that fund in such an undertaking where the investment is consistent with the national transition objective (as defined hereafter), the implementation of the State’s climate change objectives and Government policy; for those purposes to amend the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014; and to provide for related matters.

    An Act, in the public interest, to provide for—

    (A) a further restoration, that is a restoration further to that provided in consequence of legislation enacted in 2015, of the remuneration of certain persons in the public service that had been the subject of a reduction effected by legislation enacted in 2009, 2011 or 2013, and for that purpose to repeal or amend certain of the foregoing legislation;
    (B) an increase in the amount of pension or other benefits, other than lump sums, (being the amount of pension or other benefits at the level at which they stand fixed, before the passing of this Act, in consequence of legislation enacted in 2010, 2013 or 2015) payable to or in respect of certain persons who were in the public service under an occupational pension scheme or arrangement (by whatever name called) and for that purpose to amend certain of the foregoing legislation;
    (C) the repeal of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2009;
    (D) the payment of an additional superannuation contribution by certain persons in the public service who are members of a public service pension scheme;
    (E) the regulation of certain fees and other payments in respect of services rendered to or on behalf of the State;
