    An Act, in the public interest, to provide for—

    (D) the payment of an additional superannuation contribution by certain persons in the public service who are members of a public service pension scheme;

Sets forth obligations on employers regarding: determination and assessment of risk of hazardous chemical agents; prevention and control of exposure to hazardous chemical agents; specific protection and prevention measures; arrangements to deal with accidents, incidents and emergencies; information, training and consultation; health surveillance, including biological monitoring and exposure records. Also establishes duties of employees, and provides for prohibitions and exemptions relating to production, manufacture, or use at work of specified chemical agents.

Places obligations on clients and designers to ensure health and safety is taken into account before construction work begins. Contractors shall ensure that work on site is properly coordinated and carried out in a safe manner.
