    Makes miscellaneous amendments to Industrial Relations Act. Seeks to promote harmonious relations between workers and employees. Inter alia provides for dispute settlement and prohibition of victimisation. Also amends Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Act, 1984.

    In so far as it relates to the Industrial Relations Acts 1946 to 2001, this Act and those Acts shall be construed together as one and may be cited together as the Industrial Relations Acts 1946 to 2004.
