    Article 22 stipulates that the company undertaking mining activities has the responsibility to ensure occupational safety and health for its employees, and has to appoint supervisors who ensure that technical measures of safety are being met, keep a register on professional illnesses and injuries, and give expert opinion on new mining projects. Articles 23-35 specify different employment within the mining industry and necessary technical qualifications for their performance. Article 50 further deals with responsibility within the mining company for occupational safety and health. Article 53 specifies regulations on workers' on the job training, and re-training when changing jobs within the industry.
