    The employer may employ the worker for additional hours, the maximum additional working hours shall not exceed 12 hours a week.

    The employee shall receive for each additional working hour a wage equivalent to his due wage plus at least 25 % for hours worked during the day, and at least 50% for hours worked during the night.

    100 BD to employees in the category of educational employment.
    50 BD to employees in the category of public employees.

    The Civil Service Bureau shall determine the positions whose occupants deserve defrayal of the aforesaid increment.

The Ministry shall register such applications upon their submission in a special register bearing serial numbers. An applicant shall be given a certificate confirming such registration free of charge.
