Law No. 65 of 7 April 2011 to Amend and Supplement Several Legal Acts. -

Amends the following:
- Article 5 of the Law on functioning of languages in the territory of the Republic of Moldova No. 3465-XI of September 1, 1989;
- Article 17 of the Law on housing privatization No. 1324-XII of 10 March 1993;
- The Pension Act and persons commanding troops and enlisted personnel of the Interior No. 1544-XII of 23 June 1993;
- Article 23(2) of the Arms Law No. 110-XIII of May 18, 1994;
- the Law on State Security No. 618-XIII dated October 31, 1995;
- the Law of Information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova No. 753XIV on December 23, 1999;
- The law on special social protection of certain categories of people No. 933-XIV of April 14, 2000;
- Article 2 of the Law on additional social protection for certain categories of population No. 121-XV dated May 3, 2001;
- the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of 18 April 2002;
- Article 13(3) of the Act to prepare citizens to protecting the homeland No. 1245-XV of 18 July 2002;
- the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 122-XV of 14 March 2003;
- Labour Code No. 154-XV of 28 March 2003;
- Law on Veterans No. 190-XV dated May 8, 2003;
- Article 24 of the Law on the Integrated Automated Information accounting system of crime and criminal offenders, No. 216-XV of May 29, 2003;
- Article 276(3) of the Executive Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443-XV of December 24, 2004; and
- the law on pay system in the budgetary sector No. 355-XVI of 23 December 2005 year.


Introduces, inter alia, minor wording changes to article 323 of the Labour Code regulating the question of work of the employees from military entities, institutions and organizations of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova and from public authorities in which by the law is foreseen fulfilment of the military service, as well as the work of the persons in the civil service.
