Ley núm. 10235, de 3 de mayo de 2022, “Ley para prevenir, atender, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contra las mujeres en la política” -

La ley citada tiene como objetivo prevenir, atender, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contra las mujeres en la política. La ley se estructura de la siguiente manera:

-CAPÍTULO III: Prevención y atención de la violencia contra las mujeres en la política
-CAPÍTULO IV: Generalidades del procedimiento
-CAPÍTULO V: Procedimiento a lo interno de los partidos políticos
-CAPÍTULO VI: Procedimiento de denuncia contra una persona servidora pública
-CAPÍTULO VII: Sanciones políticas, éticas y administrativas
-CAPÍTULO VIII: Reformas legales.
