Governs relations related to the use of mediation in order to resolve disputes arising from civil legal relations, including in connection with the implementation of entrepreneurial and other economic activities, as well as disputes arising from labour and family legal relations, unless otherwise is not provided for by legislative acts or does not follow from the essence of the relevant relations.
