    Section 2 creates a "Class M," providing an annual allowance for foreign government workers who are not financed by another government or agency.

    Amends Order No. 26 of 1980 (Cap. 119), providing that persons having served as magistrates or judges are not eligible to serve as auxiliaries of justice for twelve months after their last day of service. Repeals Order No. 1 of 1994.
