    Provides that if a holiday coincides with a day off, the day off shall be transfered to the day following the holiday.

    Put into force by Regulations No. 505/96-VR of 15 November 1996. Provides for the right to holidays for Ukrainian citizens in a labour relation as well as for foreign citizens working in Ukraine. Establishes types of holidays: annual leave, leave related to education, social leave. Also provides for holidays payment conditions, unpaid leave, and State control.

    Act No.3622 of Ukraine to amend Section 39 of the Constitution in connection with the introduction of the 40-hour working week.

    Amends Article 39 of the Constitution of the Ukraine by introducing a 40-hour working week and also amends the relevant legislation and the Labour Code of Ukraine. Lost effect on the grounds of Act No. 254/96-VR of 28 June 1996 to adopt and put in force the Constitution of Ukraine.

    Cabinet Order No. 534 of 14 July 1993 on the improvement of social conditions and increasing salary rates for penitentiary supervisory personnel of bodies of the Ministry of Interior.

    Provides for the increase of wage and salary rates for supervisory personnel of the penitentiaries of Ukraine by 30-50 per cent as well as the improvement of working conditions.

    Decision No. 43 of 28 June 1993 of the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning working conditions of workers of State enterprises, establishments and organizations holding dual jobs.

    Regulates working conditions of workers holding dual jobs: wages, labour contracts, holidays and dismissal, and includes a list of jobs which are not considered as dual.

  11. Ukraine - Conditions of work - Regulation, Decree, Ordinance

    Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 245 of 3 April 1993 on dual jobholding in State enterprises, establishments and organizations.

    Lays down regulations for employment conditions for dual jobholding workers, including wages and holidays. Certain categories of workers are not entitled to this kind of work, including pregnant women and young workers under 18 years. Repeals Orders of the Soviet of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR No. 433 of 29 September 1988 and No. 458 of 8 October 1990.
