    Amends, also the Labour Code: in particular, introduces wording changes in part 2 of Article 42 (Privileged right for staying on the work position in case of release of employees from work in relation to changes in the organization of production and work) and Article 77-2 (Additional leave for certain categories of war veterans), part 1 and 6 of Article 83 (Financial compensation for not used annual leaves), in the title of Article 182-1 (Additional leave for the workers who have children or adult child with disability since childhood of sub-group A of group I).     Also amends the Law "On Pension Insurance": in particular, introduces wording changes into Parts 3, 4, 6 of Article 85 (Payment of pensions).
    Also amends the Law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Servicemen and their Family Members": in particular, introduces wording changes into Part 2 of Article 16 (Lump-sum benefit in case of death, disability or partial loss of working capacity without establishment of disability of military servicemen, persons under military service duty and reservists, called to educational (or probation) and special mobilizations or for carrying military service in military reserve), into Article 16-2 (Reserve of lump-sum benefit); supplements Article 16-3 (Appointment and payment of lump-sum benefit) with a new paragraph.
    Also amends Law "On Pension Provision to Persons Discharged from Military Service and for Some Other Persons": in particular, introduces wording changes into Article 43 (Wage (Financial sustenance) for pension calculation), Article 54 (Payment of pensions to working pensioners), Article 63 (Re-calculation of previously appointed pensions).
    Also amends Article 37 (Pension provision for public servants) of the Law "On Public Servants", making wording changes in Parts 4, 5, 7.
    Also amends the Law "On Wages": in particular, makes changes in Article 3 (Minimum wage); supplements with new Article 3-1 (Guarantees for providing minimum wage); rephrases Article 6 (Systems of wage payment), also Part 1 of Article 10 (Procedure of establishment and revising of amount of minimum wage).
    Also amends the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance": in particular, rephrases parts 2, 3 of Article 22 (Information in the sphere of compulsory state social insurance); makes wording changes in Article 27 (Pension size due to age), Article 42 (Indexation and re-calculation of pensions), Article 47 (Payment of pensions).
    Also amends Article 8 (Complete state insurance for children orphans and children deprived of parental care, also for persons equal to them) of the Law "To Ensure Organisational and Legal Conditions of Social Protection for Orphans and Children Deprived of Parental Care".

    Rephrases the following Articles:
    Article 124: Justice in Ukraine is exercised exclusively by the courts.
    Article 125: Court proceedings in Ukraine are processed based on the principles of territoriality and is established by the law.
    Article 126: Independence and immunity of judges are guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
    Article 127: Justice is exercised by judges. Justice is exercised with the participation of jury in cases provided by the law.
    Article 128: Appointment of a judge for a position is exercised by the President of Ukraine, by the Suggestion of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, due to the Procedure Established by the Law.
    Article 129: In the administration of justice, judges are independent and subject only to the law.
    Article 130: The State ensures funding and proper conditions for the operation of courts and the activity of judges. Expenditures for the maintenance of courts are allocated separately in the State Budget of Ukraine, with the consideration of suggestions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
    Article 131: The Supreme Council of Justice operates in Ukraine.
    Article 147: The Constitutional Court of Ukraine decides on issues of conformity of laws and other legal acts with the Constitution of Ukraine and provides the official interpretation of the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, also has other competencies in accordance with the current Constitution.
    Article 148: The Constitutional Court of Ukraine is composed of eighteen judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
    Article 149: Independence and immunity of the judges of the Constitutional Court are guaranteed by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine.
    Article 151, on the procedure of conclusions of the Constitutional Court on the conformity of international agreements with the Constitution of Ukraine;
    Article 153, on the procedure of the activity of the Constitutional Court.
    Also supplements the Constitution with new article 129-1 on the procedure of decision making of the Court; Article 130-1 on the self-government of judges; Article 131-1 on the activity of the Prosecutor’s Office; Article 131-2 on the advocacy; Article 148-1 on the state funding of the Constitutional Court activity; Article 149-1 on the competencies of the judge of the Constitutional Court; Article 151-1 on the constitutional appellations; Article 151-2 on the essence of the Constitutional Court decisions.
    Also makes minor changes in Articles 29, 55, 59, 85, 92, 106, 110, 111, 136, 150, 152. Supplements Section XV-Transitional provisions-with new paragraph 16-1.

    Also amends the Law on State Assistance to Families with Children of 21 November 1992, rephrasing parts 2, 5, repealing part 3 of article 11 (Terms of appointing allowance at the time of childbirth); supplements article 12 (Amount of support at the time of childbirth) with part 2; repealing para 3 of section VIII (Final provisions).
    Sub-paragraphs 1, 3 of para 1, sub-paragraphs 1, 2, 4-6 of para 2 of section I enter into force on 1 January 2015.
