    This revised the Education Sector Strategic Plan 2004-2015. It sets out the strategic goals in the area of education for the Ugandan government. Compulsory primary education is one of the main objectives, increasing the amount of time pupils stay in school. The revised Plan also provides for increased expenditure in the project compared to the 2004-2015 Plan to carter for the increase in pupils.
