Education (Compulsory Education) Order (Cap. 30.05.4) -

Provides that a child must attend school at the beginning of the school year during which he reaches the age of seven years and ending at the end of the school year during which he reaches the age of fifteen years.

Regulates the Education system in Tuvalu and, inter alia, provides for the compulsory school age which the Minister is to provide per Island or group of Islands by Ministerial Order.
