    Comprehensive legislation concerning the settlement of trade disputes and regulating industrial relations. Divided into 7 parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 sets forth the procedures for settlement of disputes. Part 3 deals with conciliation, arbitration, settlements and inquiries into trade disputes. Part 4 concerns adherence to agreements and awards. Part 5 makes provision for protection of essential services, life and property. Part 6 deals with strike ballots. Part 7 contains miscellaneous provisions.

    An Ordinance to regulate trade unions, divided into 3 parts. Part I contains the preliminary provisions. Part II concerns the registration of trade unions and provides that they may not be deemed unlawful by virtue of being in restraint of trade. Part III deals with freedom of association, the role of trade unions in trade disputes and provides trade unions and their members with protection from civil actions such as actions of tort.
