El decreto en cuestión crea una remuneración suplementaria para los funcionarios, agentes y trabajadores de la administración pública que presten su actividad profesional en los servicios de prevención o control del COVID-19 o en condiciones de exposición directa al virus del SARS-Cov2, cuyo valor se establecerá por resolución gubernamental, a propuesta del Primer Ministro y del miembro del Gobierno responsable de la esfera de las finanzas, y podrá variar según el grado de riesgo al que estén expuestos.
