    Ministerial Regulation No. 11 issued under the Labour Protection Act.

    Applies certain sections of the Labour Relations Act to dock workers. Sets forth specific requirements regarding hours of work, payment of wages, transportation of workers, provision of food, labour inspection, occupational safety, and mandatory documents. S. 4 prohibits the employment of persons under 18 years of age for work involving loading and unloading of sea-going vessels.

    Notification of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare regarding standards and criteria for work safety in business of loading or unloading goods on or from sea-going ships.

    Provides for comprehensive safety measures concerning loading and unloading of ships. Inter alia, requires employers to provide safety equipment, protective gear (boots, gloves, helmets) and first aid equipment.
