    Imams working at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs can be relayed for a periodic leave, that shall not exceed more than three years.

    Minister of Civil Service Affairs and Housing Decree No. 10/2005 listing the jobs for which workers may not be able to have a rest period.

    The Decree provides a list of jobs for which workers may not be able to take breaks from.

    Articles (73), (74), (75) of Labour Law No. 14/2004 do not apply on the work groups and jobs described in the decree.
