    Provides that the national minimum wage is to be prescribed in a decision by the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs and shall be reviewed
    once a year at least. The new wage rate will be set taking into account economic factors, including economic growth,
    competitiveness and productivity as well as the needs of the workers and their families.
