Part 4 (s. 14-19) governs mediation procedure in the event negotiations concerning conclusion of collective agreement do not result in agreement. Part 5 (s. 20-23) deals with breach of agreement and stoppage of work. Part 6 (s. 24-25) makes provision for labour court and ordinary courts. Part 7 (s. 26) provides for National Wages Board.
