Ordinance (No. 325 of 1997) respecting compulsory fine for employer not complying with the social insurance office's requirements on declaration or on statement, in accordance with subsections 25 (1) and (2) of the National Insurance Act.

Provisions contain 6 sections covering, inter alia, conditions under which an employer is to be fined (obligation to send statement to registrar and to provide for statistics on sick leave), size of fine, and appeals procedure.
