    Act No. 25 of 1981: Amends several sections and adds, i.a, a new chapter 17b on the use of coercive measures to prevent serious crime.
    Act No. 53 of 1995: Adds a new chapter III A respecting permission for the police security service to use coercive measures for preventive purposes.
    Entry into force date to be determined by the King.

    With regard to the Penal Code (No. 10 of 1902): amends various sections; repeals ss. 16 and 30 to 32; adds a new s. 33a.
