    Regulates pension insurance for persons living permanently in the territory of one of the two contracting parties and moving to the other one for a permanent stay.Concerns the following types of pensions: disability benefit, old age benefit, pension for length of service, pension in the event of loss of the family bread-winner.The contracting parties offer to these citizens the same rights as to their own citizens. Ratified by Act of Ukraine No. 166/95-VR of 16 May 1995. Protocol annexed (Text No. 422).
