Order No. A1-160 of 17 October 2003 to approve the Recommendations to employers and employees to apply, by mutual agreement, flexible forms of work organisation. -

Provides that in each employment agreement the parties must agree upon the essential conditions whereas other conditions of the employment agreement and the collective agreement may be related to application of flexible forms of organisation of work and working time.

Resolution No. 1195 of 30 September 2003 to approve the Order for shortening of the working time of employees whose work causes more mental and emotional tensions and on conditions of remuneration for such employees. -

Establishes a defined shortened working-time for employees whose work causes great tension; at the same time they shall receive the same remuneration as for full time work.

Amends sections 6 and 16. Grants single parents or workers under the age of eighteen 35 days leave to educate their disabled child until he or she is 16. Monetary compensation in place of leave is provided in case of termination of employment.
