Government Resolution No.937 of 21 September 2016 "On Approval of an Inter-Institutional Action Plan on Development Cooperation". -

Establishes that for the purposes of enhanced inter-institutional coordination of development cooperation, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has resolved:
1. To approve an Inter-institutional Action Plan on Development Cooperation (annexed hereto).
2. To propose to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania, to municipal authorities and bodies to take part in implementation of the Inter-institutional Action Plan on Development Cooperation, as approved by the present Resolution.
Inter-Institutional Action Plan on Development Cooperation includes:
Chapter I: General provisions
Chapter II: Aims, objectives, measures, and allocations of the plan
Chapter III: Plan assessment criteria and values.

Concerns conditions for determining hours of work for part-time workers upon demand. May be granted to pregnant women, women or men with a child or children who are less than 14, or invalid children who are less than 16, disabled persons and people taking care of ill family members. This agreement on part-time work can provide for: reduction of work hours or work days, but the part-time working day must not be shorter than half of the ordinary working day, and the part-time working week must be shorter than three work days per week. Wages are proportional to work time or accomplished work.
