    Establishes the objectives, functions, structure, rights, duties and responsability of labour inspectors, procedures for inspections and work organizing of the State Labour Inspectorate. The Labour Inspectorate shall, inter alia, control the implementation of laws on labour and job safety, consult and provide information to employers and their organizations, job safety services of the enterprises, employees, trade unions on such matters as labour and job safety and inspect if labour and working conditions meet the standard acts. The structure of the Labour Inspectorate shall consist of the Board (central apparatus) and inspection departments. Available in English.
