The Strategy sets out the composition, structure and duties of the CNCW as well as its vision, goals and activities in order to attain these goals. The vision of the Plan is to ensure that "Cambodian society benefits from democracy and equity to promote the status, roles and social welfare of Cambodian women, to reduce and eliminate all forms of discrimination against women."
