    Act of 1982 on social organizations and citizens associations, as amended to 6 March 1990.

    Provides for the right to establish or join workers' and employers' organizations. These organizations are directly managed by their members. They shall have full freedom to pursue their aims. They shall be established by a minimum of ten citizens of legal age and be registered. The workers' and employers' organizations are entitled to collect funds and to dispose of them, to cooperate with international organizations and to become their members, and to join federations. Sets up procedures in case of dissolution or suspension of the activities of workers' and employers' organizations.
