    Makes provisions replacing the system whereby complaints against medical practitioners are dealt with. The Services committee is abolished and is replaced by discipline committees to which Boards will refer matters for investigation. Specifies matters which disciplinary committees shall investigate, including overprescription of drugs by physicians.
