Based on the Employment Market Training Act (Nr. 446 of 2003), as amended, and contains four chapters and 20 sections concerning, inter alia, reimbursement by the Ministry of Education to acknowledged unemployment funds, administration, tax, security, economic supervision, auditing, organization and extent of auditing.
