Issued under the Working Environment Act.

Provides for the publication on the Danish Working Environment Authority's website of the OSH situation at a workplace. An enterprises is issued a "Green Smiley" when it has obtained a certificate that the OSH rules are respected, a "Yellow Smiley" when an inspection has decided that an OSH rule is violated and a "Red Smiley" when the inspection has decided upon an improvement notice.

Provides rules applicable when the Danish Working Environment Authority finds a significant problem, serious or complex health and safety problems and issues an improvment notice.

Consist of four parts: scope, problem notice (ergonomic, biological, chemical, physical and psychological fields), duties of the employer and exemptions, appeals and penalty.
