    Notification of the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic to prescribe the terms of statutory coverage of liability of entrepreneurs in the event of injury sustained by a worker at work or as direct result thereof. No. 138.

    This Notification, made under the Citizens' Private Undertakings Act of 23 April 1990 (Text No. 105), specifies the terms of coverage by the Czech State Insurance Scheme of liability as defined in ss.187 to 205 of the Labour Code (LS,1975-Cz.2) as amended at 14 December 1988. Entrepreneurs are required to co-operate with the insurance services, except where a worker's liability is established in terms of s.179 of the Labour Code. Annual insurance rates by occupation are set out in a schedule.
