Des conditions particulières s'appliquent pour le remboursement des frais de transport par ambulance, par voie aérienne ou par un autre moyen de transport d'urgence. N.B. Regs. 77-1 and 89-66 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act are repealed.

    This Regulation amends s.15 of Reg.951 of Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1980, as made by s.1 of Ontario Regulation 6/91 by adding a subsection providing that when determining the degree of impairment for a type of impairment not listed in the rating schedule, the Board shall consider the listing in the schedule for those body parts, systems or functions which are most analogous to the conditions of the worker.

    Les modifications visent essentiellement à instaurer une nouvelle structure de classification des employeurs et un nouveau mode de tarification de ceux-ci. Sont également prévus l'ajout à la cotisation des employeurs d'une somme de défrayement pour dépenses inhérentes à la gestion des dossiers, l'effectivité immédiate de tout avis d'imputation, malgré une demande de révision ou un appel, ainsi que de nouveaux pouvoirs règlementaires en matière de financement pour la Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail.

    Regulations issued under the Non-Smokers' Health Act which prohibits smoking in all places under federal jurisdiction except in designated smoking rooms and areas. These Regulations enable inspectors to administer and enforce the Act.

    These Regulations provide for the training of persons handling anhydrous ammonia, contingency plans for places, sites or buildings where anhydrous ammonia is stored or handled, certain equipment requirements, procedures for loading and unloading, etc.

    Section 4 of these Regulations, made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (O.C. 862/89), provides that "An employer shall ensure that a controlled product is not used, stored or handled in a workplace unless all of the applicable requirements of these Regulations in respect of labels, identifiers, material safety data sheets and worker education, are complied with".

    Cette loi contient diverses mesures visant à assurer la sécurité d'ouvrages de transport terrestre guidé (rails et autres voies de guidage) ainsi que des véhicules et équipements utilisés dans des systèmes de ce type. Les articles 45 à 53 ont trait plus particulièrement à la sécurité du travail.
