    Amends Chapter 44 of Social Security Act. Provides for National Health Insurance Scheme. All Belizean nationals and all persons legally resident in Belize are eligible for enrollment. Regulates contributions, enrollment, and provision of health care services. Also expands composition of the Social Security Board.
