Shall apply to foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of other states, entering or temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Contains provisions on Fundamental Rights, Freedoms and Obligations of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
