Article 1 of this Ministerial Order provides that Article 8 paragraph (1), of Ministerial Order No.570 of 2012 regulating the formation, work and registration of labor trade unions, federations and the General Federation of sultanate Oman Labourers, replaced as follows:
" Represent its members and defend their interests before the judicial authorities".
