Amends chapter 1 section 3 ss.1 p.7, chapter 6 section 3 ss.1 (introductory paragraph), chapter 11 section 1 and section 2 ss.2, chapter 12 section 3 p.3 concerning definitions, requirements for studies supported by unemployment benefits, opportunities for rehabilitation, education or employment, restrictions on and termination of employment obligation, tasks of the Employment and Economic Development Office to carry out during transition of the protection.

Repeals chapter 2 section 10.
